What a disaster! We ordered delivery and had to wait over 2.5 hours. Normally, we always specify that the delivery should be from Zifa Balakina, but this time I simply forgot to mention it. They offered a discount, knowing that the order had already been paid for through the app! What do I need a discount for?! I just want my order to arrive on time! I won't be ordering here again!

I used to really enjoy this place; it was great for coming in with a large group and having a delicious meal. However, the situation has deteriorated significantly. All the classic recipes have been altered, and not for the better. Booking a table has become a major hassle, and the delivery service has been a complete nightmare. We specifically requested that our order be delivered on time, but it was delayed by 40 minutes, and the app showed it as canceled, making it impossible to track. The customer service hotlines couldn't locate it either. The portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. The staff are rude, and the administrator, Rinat, is incompetent and consistently provides nonsensical explanations. This has happened more than once. I won't be going back there, not even for takeout. It's a truly terrible place.
