Contribuisci feedback2 big fatties in there stressing because they can't handle the work. I cant be mad, they were clearly understaffed. I walked out after standing there for 15 mins.
Food was good. The restaurant seemed understaffed. They mixed up part of our order but fixed it without any issues.
Ordered 2 meals with an extra hamburger. Paid and received food. No extra hamburger. (No receipt, I don't think I paid for it). Was told to get back in line and wait because they were too busy to fix the error at the window. We had already waiting close to 20 minutes the first time. We asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager and slammed the window shut. There was 3 of us in the car. I didn't eat. Thanks A&W for the terrible customer service.
First time going here as we stopped by otw up north. Always loved A W and was excited to eat. The service and food was great. Although, I happened to look at the receipt when were miles away and noticed I got charged for 2 combos $6.20)? even though the price for the combos were already listed charged. You get charged for ordering combos?!?Please don’t steal from your customers!Make sure to check your receipts!
We take a leisurely drive out to A&W every couple months and have always encountered wonderful, friendly staffpeople and absolutely delicious food. And, of course, the root beer simply can't be beat. AMAZING!!
