Blake's Backyard - Almont

Food looked good, tons of stuff to purchase. We delivered a wedding cake here, venue looked pretty, it is outside, I would be back but it's a little far from Me. This place is located in Almont.

I photographed a wedding here back in June of 2023 and it is by far my favorite venue I have shot at. The greenhouse is absolutely stunning and gives the perfect balance of natural light, greenery, and vibrancy for this beautiful event. I haven't been here in quite a while. I went to use the bathroom but I couldn't leave without getting a cinnamon donut. I would love to go back and try their wines I know they have wine. They have really expanded and I would love to spend more time there.

The fish chips were excellent, and so was the cider. Great service. Fish was lightly breaded with plenty of fish. Apple burger was tasty. Fries were perfectly cooked and made with a twist. Will come back when I visit Michigan again.

Went to the strawberry pick your own and it was wonderful! It seems not a lot of people know about this location so it wasn't packed on a Saturday. They also had a lot to pick. We ate at the restaurant after and it was really good. We also got a coupon for a free donut after.
