I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to extole the virtues of this restaurant. The food was stunning, the staff attentive though not obtrusive and the atmosphere was superb. We normally have dinner at the hotel we always stay in in Alnwick which is why we've never visited before. That's all changed. We will be recommending this place to everyone we know who goes to Alnwick. Having a chat with the chef after the meal showed us exactly what the ethic of the place is, seasonality and locally sourced.

Reservations are highly recommended here, dogs are only allowed in the outside area, and this is quite small. The food was totally convincing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
