Kfc Alor Star Mall - Alor Setar

The place is visible from the outside. However, it takes time for the worker to prepare food and order. The cashiers usually order and pack the food together, so there is usually a queue here. More employees would solve the problem.

Being ignored for awhile when i tried to order food. Even they get the wrong order, but i dont mind coz im hungry. Tables dont wipe properly and no ketchup refill and small plate that we usually put our sos in was empty.not the best eating experience there..

Staff is very slow. Run out of nuggets all the time and need to wait half an hour for them to fry it. Worst fast food chain ever. So call faat food but it took half an hour just to buy a nugget

Staff so slow n taking wrong order (NOT new staff, coz I always saw her I'm regular here). I don't wanna waste my time to wait another order.. I just take what she gave me..

You will listen to my order number with readiness to pick up. But when I left and asked, they still said preparation. It's 1:00 and the workers are so slow. I just ordered a colonel and waited for 1 hour plus. 4-6 people worked at the time. Next time, select another KFC output.
