The restaurant is located quite far from the city center, approximately km from Ampang Business Center. The surrounding area of the restaurant is pleasant and the staff are friendly. However, the food options are limited, with only a few choices available besides laksa, such as roasted duck rolls, grilled fish cakes, and carrot cake. The drink menu is also limited, with no hot beverages like coffee or tea. They do offer some interesting iron mixed desserts, but they are quite pricey. The laksa, which is above average in taste, is offered in both small and large sizes at varying prices.
Laksa was good, preferably with koksmilch. bingsu was also great, not too sweet, although the tea taste might have been stronger to stand out even more.
Top-Laksa is definitely one of the best in Alor Setar. My wife and I both agree that the lemak and the asam variations are delicious.
Pro : Ambience is good. Shop decoration is nice and with air conditioning. Options of fried kuih like spring roll is available Con: Nyonya laksa is not tasty. Something is missing. Taste like curry soup. Maybe not enough of sour taste. Lemak laksa is ok. Price is for laksa. Mango ice dessert is also available but not cheap
