Hey, guys! In the Prakash here by Taman Sri Kota, probably your most loyal customer for the last 20 years!! It is good to see there are online activities for the shop. This stable cooks amazing food and I recommend to everyone to try their Mee Rebus. Yes! In we call it Mee Rebus not mee kua.
A small stall selling authentic pasembor, mee goreng, kuetiau goreng, bihun goreng and mee rebus. All the fried noodles dishes used a special sweet sauce. The recipe was handed down for 3 generations. The pasembor isn't like what you might see in penang. It's a simple pasembor, the way it's serve decades ago, fresh bean sprouts, cucumber, cucur udang, soft cucur, fried tofu, fried potatoes, hard boiled eggs and topped with generous amount of sweet and savory sauce. If you order fried noodles, be sure to ask for extra sauce on top. It will make the dish even more delicious. Still the best mee goreng mamak and pasembor in alor setar.
