Big Boy - Alpena

Recently started going here. Loved the food the server we had the few times was amazing. This last visit not so much the server named Michelle was 100% rude didn't greet our table strictly went to what do you want to drink. Our food was less than perfect. Dry no sauce when was suppose to have sauce. Also had my daughter do a coloring picture they gave us last visit to do for a free kids burger, when in reality they gave us an expired coupon. The manager Gina was rude and had a very Un caring attitude no apology and that's free. Needless to say they ruined my wife's mother day dinner.

My server Bridget was amazing. We even ordered dessert just because of the drawing they are doing for mothers day!

1 dish that was ordered out of a total of 3 wasn't bad. There seafood buffet was ridiculous.

Good Friday buffet was terrible. 6:30 pm.every dried up and cold. For 19.99 it sure wasn't worth it. Soup empty. Told the waitress. Never did get me any. Husband got plate full of food and fish was cold.and everything was dried.out. we walked out. Sorry. Never

The GM Gina Thinks it 's okay to make fun of and bully elderly people with disabilities by telling them its all you can eat, not eat all day, you need to leave, this booth is for actual customers while mocking a man 's studder from obvious health conditions and getting joy out of it.
