Hungry Howie's Pizza - Alpena

I placed an order online this afternoon at around 3:30 for a pick up at 5:30. The pizza?s both look like they were made earlier than the scheduled pick up time and the crusts were hard, my dog liked it though, but he eats everything. The large chef?s salad I ordered didn?t have the cucumbers I paid to have added..pretty disappointing considering I left a good tip for a pick up order.

I wanted Bosco sticks and they weren't sold there anymore so I settled with the mozzarella filled cheese bread. The gentleman who took my order was kind and very quick to go to the kitchen and make my order. My order was done in 9 min the estimated time. Came in at 8pm and the order was done at 8:09! That's some fast service. Unfortunately the same service was not given by the women who brought my cheese bread out. Complete frown on her face just looking down her nose at me.

Make sure you have good hearing cuz they just left the pizza on the porch and didn't ring the doorbell or knock.

Nice to have another option for food in town, but don't ya think another pizza place is really not needed? How about a dave and busters or something like that with arcade games being a good family time, I wasn't to impressed with the pizza or Bread sticks, way to much garlic was used and both under cooked, I haven't had anything else from there so I can't really say much about that, and the big fella behind the counter, very professional, kind and courtious, Chris was his

I ordered at 7:00 pm and didn't get my food until 9:15 after several calls. After opening the food it was obviously cooked at 7:00 and I didn't get what I ordered. I called back and was told they would remake the sandwich and send it right out. An hour goes by and no sandwich and they are fricking closed! Never never again. First and last order there. 32.00 and I didn't even get all the food and the rest was stone cold. I spoke with the manager today. She called me after
