Flying Saddle Resort - Alpine

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday around 6 PM. I didn’t have a reservation, but they seated me right away, which was great. It took about 10 minutes for me to receive a menu and a glass of water, and another 10 minutes for the waiter to take my order. I went with the filet mignon, garlic potatoes, and a salad. Unfortunately, the steak, which I ordered medium, was nearly rare. The potatoes were also undercooked, though there were a few crispy bits that were nice. I did enjoy the cream sauce that accompanied the dish. Overall, I was left disappointed after spending $50. The quality and service seemed to be lacking. However, I might give it another shot if I'm in the area again.

We had one of the best continental breakfasts we've ever experienced, and we had planned to give a 5-star review even before our meal! The true highlight of this place is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The views are also a wonderful bonus! The rooms are clean and offer simple yet beautiful sights.

We stayed here for one night while returning from Yellowstone, and it was a great experience. The place is very clean and comfortable, especially compared to the tight accommodations in the park. The bar and restaurant exceeded our expectations. Plus, the complimentary morning bagel breakfast with coffee was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place!

I love to stay here when I travel!!!! Especially when it's warm outside. The view of the Snake River, the river and even the city of the Alps!!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! If you travel in the area, stay here and visit the bar or restaurant. Go to the river and see the river towards Hoback Jct. You can see where the mountains end by the river and the hills and the grass just roll out of the rock.

I?m a local and have 11 family members in town this week. They all wanted a steak dinner and since they are staying in Alpine we chose the steakhouse at flying saddle resort. Everyone ordered steaks and could not have been happier! All the cuts of steak were on point and delicious! Nate was our server and the service was impeccable! Thanks so much for making a memorable dinner for my family!
