Pizzeria Pinocchio - Alsfeld

We found this spot on the last minute, and I am very happy we did! It is a family run business, they are very nice people, and attended us with a big smile! To note, they are Italians, so you will get the real...Italian warmth and friendliness vibe The food was great, had a minestrone soup, Melissa pizza, and of course espresso! (Wich we also love, being Portuguese and all). Only regret not having ordered wine to drink, they have a nice selection menu prices are really affordable considering we are in Germany. All in all, dont hesitate on going in, it's really cozy and welcoming, ideal for couples, family's, and small groups. I will definitely go back as soon as I have the opportunity! OH, and they speak English, German, Italian, and understand a little Portuguese/Spanish, just in case your German is not up to date..

Recently took my brother on his first visit to us in Germany here. adults and toddlers. First was the welcome. It was like walking into a family home. All the staff greeted us warmly and without prompting. Staff where attentive but not overly...so, food was prompt, hot and some of the best i have ever eaten. Cost was unbelievable! (Being British). We ate for as much as two in Britain and left feeling totally full. We will be back!

Good restaurant and nice food. Italian flavor everywhere... I had pasta for main course and was really good. For drink I would recommend to drink not typical Italian but Alsfelder bier because it is really good, I like it. Thanks.

First step is not very nice, because you come from the main road. But inside you will find nice seting and very good food. Typical south-italian tradition. Pizza and salad briliant and also our meat dish was very close to perfect. have to come back...to try mor.
