Panda Express - Altadena

Great staff and fast service at this Panda Express location. The food was at the desired time available for pickup and the preparation was solid for party order with sufficient utensils, plates and spices. The food was hot and fresh and was popular.

We ordered a large catering order for my wife's birthday and they made everything fresh before picking up. The guy even helped me get everything in my car. This panda is amazing!

Do not understand why people say that their service is bad and that they are rude. I had no problems with the staff or their service. I went in and out in less than a minute. You know what I like and how I like it. Sure, I've been there for years, but his always top score with them. And I go as a satisfied customer.

My family loves this place! It always smells amazing here. I gave 4 stars because my family came here. I love how something fresh comes from the wok. It is very freshly prepared. The location is always clean and the utensils section is never a mess. I never had a bad reception from the staff. They are usually very outgoing and friendly. This is where the 1 star is taken. For a Chinese food place where like, usually Chinese food can be safe for vegetarians, but not here. Everything is cooked with chicken sticks. The vegetables are boiled in it, the rice is cooked in it, everything, so I must suffer, smells this AMAZING smelling food and never have a taste(sad face). But definitely a place where I will bring the family, especially in the nights I don't feel like cooking. Do not forget to keep your reception and make the survey and get an additional escape for free, it only takes a minute for some additional bomb food, free.
