Meson Andaluz - Altafulla

Spotted this on Walthamstow Foodies and couldn't get in the first time we tried as it was fiesta full, but no problem a couple of days later. Grilled goat's cheese salad had a bistro feel to it, food generally above average and the price well below. Didn't order the paella but it looked amazing. Very friendly service and nice décor with agricultural implements.

We went for a late Sunday lunch, 12€ per person gets you three courses plus wine and water. Now the wine was basic, but quaffable, but more importantly the food was simple, honest fare that tastes good. There's nothing gourmet about Meson Andaluz at the end of the day; nor are there white table cloths or napkins, but just enjoy the hearty food or fresh seafood for a pittance.

Hemos comido entre semana eligiendo menú y genial, dos platos, postre pan y agua. Muy buen precio y comida muy buena. Sitio que recomiendo!

Menú diario con productos de calidad aproximadamente 12€. Excelente atención.

Local con solera que vive su segunda época. La comida está acorde al precio económico del menú, salvo las chuletas de cordero que no tiene justificación que estén tan duras. Ambiente ruidoso, ya que la música ambiente la tienen a un volumen bastante alto, por lo que hay que subir el tono para poder hablar e incluso para que te escuchen lo que quieres consumir. Pueden mejorar.
