The Parc At Trilogy - Altamont

I just finished a Valentine's dinner, and it was fantastic! It was so enjoyable that I wanted to write this review right away before I forget. We had a late reservation, but our food wasn't rushed or mishandled, and we weren't hurried out at the end of our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent customer service and delicious food. I have no complaints at all!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this amazing restaurant connected to my hotel. Typically, hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one is definitely a hit. The food is wonderfully made from scratch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have a small but great selection of beers, whiskies, and other spirits. While the menu may be limited, I ate here three times a week and always found something delicious to enjoy each night as I explored the options. If I lived locally, I wouldn't hesitate to visit, and I'd even consider bringing a date to this charming spot.

I stay at the hotel that is connected to this restaurant, often for work. I always eat breakfast and sometimes dinner. I always enjoyed the food, but the morning hours have slow service. The evening service was always efficient. Everyone is super friendly here too.

The shrimp cocktail featured plump, flavorful shrimp that tasted remarkably fresh—far from the typical defrosted variety found elsewhere. Additionally, the tuna tartare was the most exquisite dish I've encountered in a long time. We also enjoyed beef teriyaki skewers that were both juicy and tender, without the overwhelming flavor that often comes with teriyaki marinade. They were simply fantastic. To top off the evening, we savored dirty vodka martinis made with high-quality vodka, rounding out a perfect night with friends. This bistro is definitely a great choice for mature enthusiasts and millennials alike, seeking a trendy spot for food and drinks. It's a must-visit for any adventurous adult!

We stopped on the way home from Montreal. I didn’t expect much but food was actually very good. Zucchini pasta was excellent.
