Broadway Pizzeria - Altamonte Springs

I usually go to this restaurant with my family on weekends and they always serve me well, but the last time I went at 10:30, they told me that they could not serve me because we were 10 people and it was already too late and they were more than 5 workers could not serve so many people. Everyone stood around laughing and had a good time not to do anything in their working hours. It is a very good restaurant, but the work team this day was bad

It's the best food I ever had. We go here regularly and always try new things, honestly nothing was SO good

Total good experience. Waited for a while to serve, but our waiter worked hard and made sure we had everything we needed. Food is fine, the Sicilian pizza is very tasteful, the margherita traditional pizza was good. My friend ordered meatballs for appetizer and it came in a large part and it was tasteful. There is a bar inside and outside plenty of space to sit. The tables were a little dirty and unorganized.

Update my original review below. Plastic under the cheese on our pizza. It seemed like the plastic wrapping was rubbed from a cheese block with the cheese. I found 4 plastic parts that were as big as the tip of my little finger. This is an important question of quality control, which should be solved. I fed my young kids and now I'm worried they ate plastic. We order Broadway at least once a week and have been for over a decade. I'm very disappointed. UPDATE Management responded immediately and identified the problem within a day. Accidents happen, and this is the only problem I had with an order from Broadway, and I am very happy about how it was handled.

UPDATE: because this place has been amazing to me and my family with the food I did order again and told the one young kid I forgot his name sorry lol however I told him what happened and showed him the pictures with that being said he agreed that it wasn?t acceptable and made sure to offer me another one on the house whenever I am ready for it. ?? With that being said I didn?t let one disappointment interfere with the fact that I love this place. After spoiling me with the best pizza since moving to Florida from up north this place became my favorite late night pizza joint, but tonight's pizza was just terrible ?? Anytime After receiving my food i always sit in the parking lot watching shows on my phone for a few because the food from day one has always been to good to wait to drive home (lakemary however i?m so glad that?s my routine as I would?ve been really upset had i decided to wait until I got home to eat as this place is not down the street for me. Tonight not sure if it was new cooks or not enough supplies or maybe just over it tonight (tired ?????? But My pizza looked and tasted like frozen store bought pizza? The crust was barely baked through, the sauce was tasteless and barely covered the pie ? I hate complaining and asking for a redo of my food as i fear my new order of food will be tampered with in the worse way for complaining ? NOT saying that this place is known for that however SM shows a lot of those things happening and ya just never know ????? Anyways besides the pizza tonight THE LEMON PEPPER WINGS ARE THE SH*T!!! ???? Still my favorite and the Broadway bites?. ?and the ravioli thingys? TO DIE FOR ? always a good comfort food choice! I really didn?t want to give this place less than five stars as it?s been nothing but a five star visit ? But Tonights pizza was more of a four star but everything else I ordered was perfect? Wish it was maybe a 4.5 star option ????? however tonight I was really in need of the best comfort food ? (buried one of the most important part of my heart last week?? and was a bit disappointed that my comfort food with the pizza was not a good choice tonight?.Sorry for complaining ? Contemplating whether I can fix this when I get home or if I should call and order a new one ? just kind of nervous. ?
