Contribuisci feedbackI’ve been going here for years. Same menu nothing changed no soup any more and no specials. Too expensive for the same dishes from the past 10 years
The food here is Amazing— but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The manager is HORRIBLE. He openly berates the staff — and even worse — his customers There was a large party that wanted to attend and watch their favorite band play. They were told they could reserve some tables . It was apparently a mistake by the new hostess — no fault to the customer— and the manager, Trent went on a very loud and public tirade. The hostess of the party tried to oblige them not having a reservation— and instead started holding tables for over 60 guests. Cafe Murano is a small venue — and it was a very slow weekend in Orlando — due to a HUGE 4 day Rock Concert in Daytona. The servers refused to wait on anyone and , the manager Trent started making up rules — 5 people to a 4 person cocktail table. He was so horrible that the hostess of the 60 people— that were there to spend money on food and cocktails while watching their favorite band for hours— that he made her cry. WHAT type of MANAGER pitches a public fit and screams and curses at customers that want to spend money!?!?!?! Regardless of the food— I will NEVER attend this restaurant again. Since hearing of this event — several people have commented on having similar situations. I had the same — less cursing — a few years ago. To the manager — you’re in the service industry — your customers are your bread and butter. You may not care about me— I’m one person. But you can rest assure that you’ve LOST more than the 60 ppl that tried to attend a party at your venue. As I said — this isn’t the FIRST experience I’ve seen or heard about with you and your restaurant. Good luck
Probably a great place if we didn’t have to witness the general manager scream and cuss at a patron sitting next to us. There was absolutely no reason to act that way.
Cafe Murano made our Mother's Day brunch unforgettable! We lucked out with Caroline as our hostess, who graciously found us a table despite not having a reservation.Erica was an absolute gem, keeping the bottomless mimosas flowing and even hooking up the kids with chocolate syrup for their waffles and french toast (shh... secret menu). The food was simply divine: my wife still raves about her eggplant al forno, and my steak and eggs were cooked to perfection. After our delicious meal, a leisurely stroll around Cranes Roost Park, adjacent to the restaurant, was the perfect way to continue our special day.Cafe Murano is a stellar brunch spot – highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Eggplant al Forno Parking: Plenty of parking in the front and back. Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu available. Secret menu: chocolate syrup on request. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and double doors available.
Danny handled our larger table today for mother's day today with finesse. He also had most of the back, out door porch as well. Great food and experience. Ask for Danny!
