Taco Bell - Altamonte Springs

It took an hour to get my food. **** this place, a terrible service. terrible people. no good time

I've been to this place for many years, maybe 7 years. it was super fast, clean and very nice people. this whole year, every time I go or someone I know goes to this place, it's always something wrong. they have someone sitting outside, far from the menu, so if I want to try something new, I better look online before I go because I asked if I could move forward to see the menu and he said no, I have to sit in my chair. they were also from many things on the menu, for example chips, huh and no sauces. this place should be closed as everyone says.

Terrible. just terrible. I have a 1/2 finished order without saying anything. When I asked about the missing articles, they informed me that they were from them. I understand that they can't control the inventory, but seems somehow rude, only intentionally to give a 1/2 completed order without saying anything. has not offered a spare part, no refund offered. not to mention, it took forever to get the things I got, and then it was a waste of eating. the workers have been messed up all the time with a drive-thin line around the building and a dining room full of people waiting.

They wanted to give me a free drink. it took 21 minutes to make my order and the lie I was fed there was only a guy in the kitchen immediately contradictory when someone else than this went a guy with the half of my order. get her act together they have 3 people on register and no one in the drive thru, one of them can help in the kitchen. they couldn't even see me in the eye when they finally squeezed my order tastefully. this is the worst taco bell I have ever had and I was in dozens on the east coast even in manhattan, where the prices are doubled and they can legitimately no longer fit than one or two cooks in the kitchen at a time because, as is expensive property, they still hired faster than these. if this is on the management, then so be it, these innocent employees are victims of a preliminary business model. in any case, they deserve this 1 star.

Other than when they're supposedly open till 2 or 3AM but run out of lettuce, tomatoes; shredded cheese and/or other toppings by 12:30AM, this Taco Bell is fine. Store employees are friendly and food quality is exactly what you expect from fast food. A taco with no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese isn't much of a taco and I doubt they were discounting them for the missing toppings
