Castell Del Port - Altea

We visited the restaurant in November and it was very good food and service. We went again to the restaurant in December to grab a quick lunch before going to Alicante Airport. The weather was nice so we were outside on the terrace. We got a table and we waited to be served. 2 waiters were serving food and even cleaning tables while we were waiting and did not ask us for drinks or anything else. After 10 minutes I went inside to get a menu card. We waited again 10 minutes and still no service. After 5 minutes more we went to find another restaurant. I think if Castel del Port still want customers in the restaurant they need to change the way they treat their customers. I am not sure that we will come back.

Very Romantic setting. Home made pastas, large pizzas. Personally find the pastas value for their money.

I absolutely love this place. It looks fresh, the people are kind, the surroundings are good. It’s a very nice place to visit. Go give it a try !
