A restaurant that certainly deserves to get ahead. The restaurant immerses you from the first moment in a calm, relaxing and classy atmosphere. A cozy space, with background music and which also has 10 bathrooms. The service is unbeatable, the guy who serves in the room is really friendly and professional. Everything makes the stay very pleasant. As for the food, it was a bit disappointing, but not for that reason a suspense. We ordered a squid and langoustine paella, with a very good flavor, really tasty, but quite salty, after a while your body already asked you to drink water, in fact we ended up ordering another bottle. In addition, some layers were not toasted but burned, for those of us who like to scrape the rice from the bottom it was not a very good experience since you could distinguish the difference in toasting that all paellas have on burnt. For a site of this level and which is also specialized in paellas, you don't expect these basic mistakes. The desserts were a true adventure, the presentation is possibly the best I've seen in a dessert in my entire life. The cheesecake came with an amazing level of detail, the flavor did not convince me so much, I have tasted better (for my taste) in any pastry shop, but even so it was delicious and I appreciate that it has a different and special flavor that sets it apart from the rest you can find anywhere. The other dessert had too intense a chocolate flavor that after a few bites you no longer wanted to continue, too loaded with cocoa, it is not for all palates but again a sublime presentation and flavors that, although they are not the most convincing, are that they are unique. I consider that it is a proposal to try and not so much to repeat, but if the bugs are corrected it could become an interesting place to go to frequently since the place, the service and the gastronomic proposals are worth it.

Estuve en una comida, todo muy exquisito y con productos de calidad. Estaba todo delicioso.

Un lugar espectacular, la comida muy buena, bien presentada, muy exquisita, el servicio muy atento, bonita decoracion, y música de fondo con gusto. Para repetir siempre.
