I love historic cafés and coming across the café that invented the sandwich (which I adore) was the fulfillment of a dream for me. Small, authentic, with a service from times gone by. Tasty sandwich, bread as soft as a cloud, glass of Arneis as standard. A beauty from times gone by, a world heritage site. If I lived in Turin it would be my bar for breakfast and aperitif. Always.
