Very bad experience. Poor food quality, it took us 2 hours to order a couple of beers and we were brutally kicked out of the place (even though we were still consuming the order) by the customer service gentleman. While we sought shelter from the rain outside the venue, we found ourselves facing an unpleasant and threatening situation, even though we were peaceful and were not creating any disturbance. I am sure you understand the importance of ensuring courteous and respectful treatment of all customers. I sincerely hope that we can take action to improve the service in the future and ensure that situations like this never happen again.

Wonderful experience, until the gentleman (who could have been my father from customer service, after having eaten in the restaurant, insisted on kicking us out of the street in front of the restaurant, where we were STANDING to shelter from the rain, because we were with a cake in hand, clearly without consuming it. After intimidating us several times, he began to approach our group of three people in a threatening manner and verbally attack us, even though we were not causing any nuisance or consuming food in the restaurant or outside. At the end of the argument with three twenty-year-olds, he exclaims that if it had been my father he would have slapped me (all while doing his job . I will definitely never return!!
