The watermelon tea and the cherry lime espresso soda were to *die* for. It's fresh, crisp, and it doesn't taste like syrups or crappy additives

I really love Germania! All employees at this location are super sweet and friendly. It’s important to note for a newcomer that they have items that aren’t present on the menu. So if you don’t see anything that you like on the front screens, be sure to ask your local barista! My personal favorites are the summer cider, ube latte, and Freddo cappuccino. I don’t change anything about them from the menu. I tried the cherry lime espresso soda, and I did hate it. I did not return it but the barista let me know that they have a policy that they will remake or change any drink you don’t like free of charge : I recommend signing up for the rewards program because coffee gets expensive! Anyways, of all the coffee places to be a common face at, Germania has been my favorite so far :

Upon my visit to Germania for an early morning meeting, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of beverages available to customers. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by one of the staff. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received my coffee promptly. Additionally, she offered me a new tea to try. The prices for the beverages were reasonable, and the service I received was truly outstanding. This positive experience, combined with the perfect atmosphere is why I’m highly recommending Germania to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great vibe. ?

I just went through the Alton location this morning, as I do often. I got news this morning that a couple I knew got in an accident and passed away so I was crying going through the drive thru. The team members had no idea what was going on, but wrote a very sweet message on my cup and all made sure to wish me a good day. Always good coffee and great customer service. That just put them above every other place in my book. Thank you all.
