Relax Play - Altona North

My son and I had a wonderful time together! The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the playground is fantastic. I will definitely be back!

I booked a dine-and-play session for breakfast to see if the venue would be suitable for my child's birthday party. The food was good, and the staff were friendly. The space appeared clean. However, I wish we had been informed during the booking process or upon arrival that the place would be closing early due to a private event. I noticed on the website that it should indicate when sessions are fully booked, which would have allowed us to choose a different date since we wanted to stay a bit longer. We drove about 40 minutes to reach the venue.

The design of the place is truly eye-catching, featuring a spacious soft play area for toddlers and plenty of natural light throughout the game center. We visited on a weekday morning and nearly had the entire space to ourselves. One issue I noticed was the dust; it seemed like they might not clean frequently during the week, as my socks got dirty very quickly. I would happily give this place five stars if it weren't for the slippery floors. There’s a section of the play center, especially in the arcade area, that lacks foam padding and can be very slippery when you're in socks. My little one is just starting to crawl, and I was concerned. Overall, this is one of the best places we've visited.

The services are the worst, though .. from the moment in which they are to enter and receive, until the moment in which they go. wife, children and their friends often came here, but today was a break point and that will be their last visit! Advice to the management: they should check their employees, given the prices and short sessions period, we expect more value than performance.

Love love love this play centre! I have two toddlers 4 and 2yrs old, and they both enjoy this play centre as much as I do. They have a cafe when you enter, and their food is amazing! They’ll put your coffee in a take away cup so that you can enjoy it while watching the kids. The equipment is great for 2yr olds. Theyre able to explore on their own in the toddlers area, but also enjoy the bigger kids play area too!Definitely bring your kids here!
