Spectators Sports Grill - Altoona

This is my go-to place for a good burger. Try Thursday for the special. You get to build your own by picking the extras for it. I always get the pepper jack cheese and onions added.

Great food, service, atmosphere and prices. Would definitely recommend!

Spectators Grill, the one place you are not a spectator. The food is piping hot, delicious and served promptly! The beer was cold and the specialty drinks were sweet, indulgent and hit the spot. The food spot that is! A little tickle, and a little fun, but makes you feel like your body is done (after eating that is! . Just a forewarning, go their with an empty stomach and an aching in your loins..cause the portions are massive…well..that’s not all that’s massive here.. ask yourself, next time you want to eat.. do you want to be a spectator?

Review: My wife and I come in for drinks and food often. I love that there's always new rotating beers on tap for me to try while my wife always has a kickoff cocktail. Lindsey was our server this last time and she very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She offered several appetizers and food options. We ended up getting the nachos and wings and both were great! Our server checked back often and she was very polite. We will be back for sure.

The food and staff were pretty awesome. We went there Monday night and really enjoyed ourselves so we went back on Tuesday. Tuesday was a while different environment. If you want to sit and talk with your table mates don't go in a Tuesday. On Tuesday's there is a loud and obnoxious trivia host who blares music at the maximum volume. We asked twice for the volume to be turned down and he did not. My child, spouse, and I were literally yelling across the table to talk/hear. My youngest child who is 12 started to cry because it was so loud and eventually went back to our hotel room with our finishing his food. If it had not been raining we would have preferred to eat on the patio. While we were there another family with even younger children came in and were seated next to us. They didn't even stay 5 mins before leaving. Again, the staff and food were great, the Tuesday night trivia host was terrible.
