Starbucks - Altoona

The coffee is significantly overpriced, and the portion sizes keep shrinking.

There was only one guy tonight, I didn't catch his name but he was giving exemplary customer service and was speedy too. Wish they would staff more people when they're the only one open but the man working tonight made the 10 to 15 minute wait worth it.

The staff are friendly and efficient. They assisted me in customizing my drink even though the syrup I wanted was unavailable. The location is convenient, and the store is clean.

I stopped by to pick up a nice treat for my journey. There was one male employee assisting customers, and he did an excellent job with our coffees, even though the place was busy. Great work!

Tried contacting them and they hang up on me everytime, very rude service.
