Great food. reasonable prices. good hygiene and social distancing. the personal is helpful. waited a bit for the food, but not exaggerated.

This was my first visit to this café, and I found it to be clean and well-organized. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Sarah, in particular, was very pleasant. Despite my complicated order, she always had a smile on her face, even while wearing her mask. The young man working in the kitchen delivered my freshly made food, which was beautifully presented. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick break after shopping at Tesco.

I have been a regular at this café, and I've recently noticed a new wave of staff. They bring a refreshing energy to the place—young, enthusiastic, and dressed in black t-shirts. They truly delight the customers with their friendliness and helpfulness. The café's menu has also introduced some new items, which is a great sign of a progressive establishment. The staff work well together as a team and are friendly and welcoming. However, it could benefit from an additional person at the front, as long queues tend to form. One staff member often takes complex orders, makes all the drinks, serves the cakes, and handles payments, which can lead to delays.
