Western Sizzlin - Altus

I was in Altus (my hometown) for Memorial Day weekend and decided to stop in Western Sizzlin. Western Sizzlin just happens to be a favorite of my grandmother. I stopped in on Saturday the 25th of May around 3 pm and it was honestly the best time to eat. The place wasn't crowded and there were about six different groups of people eating. There was fresh food at the salad bar and everything on the buffet was just put out. Everyone that worked at Western Sizzlin was very friendly.

Altus Oklahoma, what can I say? Such an amazing and appealing experience to dine at a fine establishment. Fairly cheap and worth every penny. The bathrooms were AWESOME! The toilet was more than capable of handling the massive load that was dumped in it after the delicious meal. Ten out of ten bathroom experience, the only drop back was the height of the toilet. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! Get the French toast in the morning, it was great!

When I was a kid this place was the flame grilled amazing. I haven't seen one in decades. Now it's a full blown lesser version of Golden Corral. The chicken was good. But that is no way to treat a sirloin steak.

Western sizzlin is a good dependable Buffett in Altus. I can recommend with confidence. The food is always well prepared. Fridays they have fish and shrimp and the staff is always friendly.

Look I just think you should have someone looking at the food making sure it stays clean and people are not coughing or like I saw a little girl grabbed a piece of jello and touch it with her fingers she didn't like it she put it back and that was pretty gross it just didn't look clean. I won't go back.
