Cicis Pizza - Alvin

This place seems to have made some improvements. The kids enjoyed it, and I witnessed cleaning going on. It's no Papa John's for sure, but it's great for the price.

$5.99 lunch or dinner pizza buffet pop if desired. Many choices, large variety, fresh pizzas constantly brought out, salad was fresh and filled, cinnamon pizza cinnamon rolls for desert but no brownies : staff always cleaning up after guests. Men's bathroom stinks.

Worst service ever ! YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN TIP my mother came in here to pick up her food that I Placed myself and she goes in and she tells me the BLACK lady said her change was her tip IF SHE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU A TIP WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE IT FOR YOUR SELF ! YOU DO NOT DO THAT! YOUR WORKING ABD GETTING PAID HOURLY FOR A DAMN REASON

No selection of food. The little bit of food that was out was old. I was there for 30 minutes and they never put any brownies or apple desert. Almost all of their sodas were out I haven't been here in a while until today and I don't know if it's new management or if cicis just isn't the same anymore. I'm not one to write bad reviews but it was SO NOT worth the money

There I was calling cicis and they didn't answer the phone so I figured they were busy so I decided to wait 5 mins then called again and still no answer so after about 7 to 8 times I called and on the last one they hung up so I went to pizza hut and guess wut they answered on the FIRST TRY!!
