Pricey and tourist make it a long wait for expensive average food! Waited for an hour and twenty minutes when they said it would be 30. Two glasses of wine and a tip while we waited was $40. Dinner with no drinks and just for two people was $100. We ate outside which was pleasant until a table with six kids and two adults sat near by!
We voted this our best meal out while visiting 30A area. First the food was fresh and deliciously prepared. Our server made the night fun and the restaurant atmosphere was beautifully done. We'll be back next year for sure.
More than a little disappointed It’s a top flight restaurant and that comes with responsibility. First off, the service and our server, David, were really good. I was a little surprised at the lobster quesadilla appetizer though. I mean, it’s real lobster. But it was made into a recipe that was way off the mark. I’m not expecting a Michelin star dish, but I was expecting it to taste good and be freshly made. It was neither. The other thing was the espresso martini. Just a little recommendation: if you are a top restaurant and offer an espresso martini, that requires you to have an espresso machine. Since you don’t have one, it’s simple. You don’t offer an espresso martini on your menu. The tuna tartar dish was good as was the crab cake gnocchi. I’d recommend those.
Best margaritas in the area. We had a wonderful waitress and the food was fantastic. We had the grouper. Make sure to also order the whipped feta cheese board. Delicious!!!
