The room has made a good impression at first glance, but you should not look more closely. In the bathroom, the lamps were no longer clean beside the mirror. No info at the reception or in the room when there is breakfast, who has to be at work at times is not acceptable. The price does not correspond to the service and quality of the hotel. Noteworthy details: From 6 p.m. there is no more human soul.

Surroundings and terrace great, we made a trip to Lake Mellen yesterday and were at the hotel to drink coffee. There was a young service that was barely German and was completely overwhelmed, she hardly understood what we wanted to order and something wrong was also brought. Then we found that she had to make the kitchen alone. Absolute exploitation, she was very sorry. Such a young service would have to have a specialist side. But today, unfortunately, the bosses have only dollar marks in their eyes.

We have lived here 3 very nice holiday days, the service at the hotel is very good and you feel very well as a guest. The breakfast offer is completely sufficient so that everyone finds something for their taste. Fresh vegetables and fruit were always present. Brötchen were fresh. The dinner was also tasty with sufficient selection of supplements potatoes, noodles, rice. The service at meals was fast and very friendly. The rooms are spacious only the shower is somewhat cramped but it is all very clean and the room service works smoothly. We felt very comfortable here and like to come back
