Restaurante O Chafariz - Amadora

Very easy to miss from outside, but when they go down, they expect a high quality (and a large amount) to eat! with good service, a local favorite.

Try the otopus they will not be disappointed! eating is fresh the portions are generous; the staff is also very helpful!

Not a bad place to eat, but they can not be claustrophobic as the dinning room is in a cellar. some of the employees need some training over customer support....we asked for 2 more seats and had to wait for one of the waiters to...a table for no one....expandable! eating is good and the portions are for those who eat a lot....but all added to be 3 points only fair.

Do not let them stand out from the outer appearance of this place, it is an absolute hidden gem! eating is amazing and generous in portions. beautiful little traditional Portuguese place to eat with fantastic fish and meat. the size of the steaks and laughs was incredible! if they take children, I would recommend sharing them one. we'll go back next time.

The food was really good and typical and price was not so high as you would expect. The decoration is also really nice! The only issue was the noise.
