The Village Taproom - Amanda

Unfortunately, I feel that eating is downhill. I've been there two times in the last month, for the first time, the chicken sandwich. my plate was supplied with a huge subroll, which filled with 2 small pieces of over fried chickens hardly one half of the roll. another shot. fish and chips ordered. my Pommes plate came with a very small piece of fried fish (I would say it was the size of a fishtail.) and it was covered with fries that normally I would not complain except that it seemed loaded with fries to cover the tiny amount of fish. I think I managed to give them a shot. everyone on my table was disappointed by their eating, but I will only share my personal history.

Friendly people and good seasoned pommes, but that was all that was good about our visit. eating everything was much understated and bad quality. we were the only diners there when we had set ourselves and it took really long to get our food. none of us will go back there.

12 of us on Saturday after the parade. they may not go outside for photos while they have tables full of customers. my appetizer was cold. the wings were overhauled and hard. only one piece of hugging if two were to have been on all four sandwiches. have forgotten one of the appetizers. only lousy everywhere. will not be back

We were in town for the weekend and found this place our last night. Wish we found it sooner. The bartender and service was amazing! If I'm ever back in Amanda I will definitely be back?

The owner and staff have created a Gem that is a fun, cozy establishment out in the Corn Fields. From perfectly made Stone-Fire Pizza, to a fine selection of Beer and Liquor, you hunger and thirst will be satisfied to a T. Never had a bad experience. Everyone is excited to take care of patrons as they come in, and plan to make this a regular stop.
