Burger King - Amarillo

Just went there and beside taking forever ,one of the employees making the fries kept poking his nose and kept beginning fries without gloves ??? he literally had a bad runny nose and kept cleaning his nose and grabbing food, so disgusting, manager didn't even apologize, when gave me the money she was like i have to write an excuse, before returning my money and I was like really ,disgusting please

Restaurant is clean and have ample of space inside. Outside there is a bad smell in the parking lot. The staff is courteous and keep customers happy by serving on time. The drive thru is fast and food is warm. The bathroom is clean and available for public use.

Horrible, l wait so long and finally l desidedto leave with out my food l understand is there’s not a lot of workers just tell the customers the waiting time ?
