Cicis Pizza - Amarillo

For years, I could walk into any Cici's in any city and know that the customer service would be amazing. Multiple people would greet you and at least one person would ask if there's a certain kind of pizza you are looking for on the buffet. Those days are long gone. I've been to this particular Cici's about 7 or 8 times, and while no one was ever disrespectful or rude to me, I get the sense that customers are kind of an inconvenience for most of the employees at this location.When the pizza is fresh, it tastes great, but a lot of the pizza on the buffet seems like it's been left out for quite some time.I will say that the place was clean every time I went, but then again, almost every time I went, there seemed to be more employees than customers.

Used to be good, the pepperonis are undercooked and just generally not good anymore. It's like they got a new manager or new recipe or something, I'll go back to this one when they go back to how they were making it.

We used to have Cicis in our hometown. I don't know why they closed it. This was really great.... Of course you need to like pizza. They had several possibilities... The salad bar was really good also... The desserts were really good. Child-friendly: All children like pizza usually and they had a pretty decent video game room to play. Accessibility: I noticed 2 handicap parking spaces near the door that my in-law used.

There were about 3:00 they had only two pizzas for small children to eat. Pizzas were cold. No pasta and staff clean the salad area without gloves Food: 1/5

Clean and lively place. They began to finish the buffet. Even made special request pizza for another family. Friendly staff. Food: 5/5
