Dairy Queen - Amarillo

An older lady at the drive-thru window on the evening of January 16 was very rude. I recommend not using the drive-thru if you want to have an enjoyable experience.

Our meal is always served with a smile, even if the staff is busy and tired. Even if you know, her day has been long. I love her salads! They are always fresh, crisp and absolutely Yummy. I'm not sure what has happened to their staff in the last few months, but this Dairy Queen is not the same as it was before. The cashiers are disrespectful, and the fries are served cold, even when I specifically ask for them to be fresh. This Dairy Queen used to be the best in Amarillo, but now it seems to be one of the worst!

Tried DQ's cheesy steak fingers and cheesy chickens fried sandwich. Both were very good. Nice to see that DQ did not shrink the sizes! Food: 4/5

The cashier was very rude to my elderly grandfather when he was trying to order. She had no patience with him and bombarded him with questions. They get payed by the hour, it would not hurt your pay to show some consideration.
