Denny's - Amarillo

We usually go to Jimmy Eggs, but on Saturday they were too crowded, so we went to Denny. I'll give him 5 stars, just because of our server Martha, otherwise I'd give less. We ate this Denny a few times. They weren't too busy. When we got in, nobody recognized us. They assumed we had two people, so I let the young woman know they were twelve of us, with two high chairs. She said I don't want a table so big. You have our table ready and we had Martha for a server. She was amazing! She seemed like she really wanted to work because she was the most important I saw sitting tables. She kept filling our coffee. She took our mission with memory and arranged it. The food came out pretty fast. She had other tables, but she kept taking care of us. We'll be back in Martha's section!

There were only 2 servers, so was long waiting time before orders were taken BUT they were amazing, especially since a server was in the arm sling! Some of our foods was little cool IT WAS STILL GOOD!! There was a lot of teamwork. Thank you Gals and Guys We will return!

I absolutely love their bourbon chicken skillet. Too bad they cut back on the amount of vegetables on the plate. It used to be a great value for the money. On a positive note the burgers are a great value and look just like the pictures on the menu and they taste great.

I got the country fried steak with eggs toast and hash browns. Waitress was kind the only thing the steak was frozen not hand battered.should ask first not good to me my friend got pancakes with the sides of bananas and Carmel and he loved it.

I waited an hour for my salad,which turned out to be a disappointment. Maybe because they were understaffed.....but the server was very polite and constantly kept checking on us regardless that they had a lot of customers.But my coworkers plate came out looking pretty decent.
