El Tejavan I -40 West Paramount

Fresh squeezed Orange Juice! The chorizo is of high quality. The salsa is on point and homemade. The food on general is a place to return to. I have been here three times going through Amarillo. This place is saved and my favorites will always stop in when I pass through. The tea is clear filtered water.

Hands-down, the best tacos I have ever had! Ate 4 and could easily have done that many again. Chips and a nice medium salsa, with a different slightly hotter one with the meal. Cesy was our server, she was friendly and attentive as well as quite helpful with recommendations. We are from out of state so we won't be back soon, but for sure we will whenever we are in the area again.

The beef and chicken fajitas are tasty, the hot sauce was way too hot but I still devoured it, please take caution. Other than that the service was good. The food was great, drinks were cold. Definitely will return for some more of those fajitas.

First time here at the suggestion of staff at a local ER. It is authentic and very fresh. Ample portion sizes and friendly staff. Did not disappoint ????

Food was really good! Our server (Angie, per our receipt) was really nice and friendly. I wanted to take a picture of what I ordered but I ate too fast lol my camarones a la diabla were delicious and spicy the way I like it and my vegan husband loved what he ordered (see picture) as well
