DO NOT STAY!!!! SCAMMERS!!! Worst experience I 've ever had. The operations manager doesn 't seem to lose sleep over scamming hard working customers. I was never made aware of a day use charge of $149.99. Never gave me a printed out receipt in order to conceal their deception. I booked two nights there. Both nights totaled $233. Yet, because I checked in early, I was charged $149.99. If I was made aware of $149.99 charge for checking in early, I would have gone to family members up the street and waited. I would have stayed in the car. As someone who needs the money, I would have done anything but be okay with the $149.99 charge for day use when I was only staying two nights. The logic behind their scamming is genius. Absence of information is sketchy, fraudulent, and deceptive. This place is a joke ran by jokers. Disrespectful on the phone. Horrible hospitality. Fraudulent characters talking down to hardworking customers. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of the Operations Manager and his lack of management abilities, compassion, customer service, and hospitality.

Blizzard caught us by surprise on hwy 40. When we needed a place to get safe and warm the folks here came through. Great hospitality and good prices. We stayed an extra day because we enjoy the fantastic staff that took care of us when we needed it.

We reserved a room at hie in amarillo when we were in the city last weekend. the first impressions are important and I am happy to say that we chose a great place to stay at check-in. the woman behind the writing was very sweet and disturbed the sensualities clear and with a normal speed we remembered everything. How often did someone have an experience of the reception that the person hired had searched for the sensitivities at speed 78 and they did not remember anything afterwards? the room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. there was also a TV in the bathroom. the hotel was beautifully located with many shops nearby. the breakfast was good and the service excellent. all in all it was a great stay and I recommend staying in this holiday inn.

That was a great hotel. the personal of the reception was very friendly and welcomes them. the rooms were clean and the bed was very wired. we had a lot of hot water in the shower. the breakfast was very good and many decisions.

One of the most modern holiday inn express we stayed on this trip. they need to use a key card to use the elevator, and another update is a tw in the bathroom. great personal space is very clean and also near resturanten. directly from i40 and rte 66
