Mcdonald's - Amarillo

Hadn't been to McDonald's for breakfast in a while it will be a long time before we do again and definitely not this location. It was 10:15 on Saturday the floor was dirty most tables were dirty I wiped a table off for my wife and I and waited for or food. When we got it it was stone COLD. Very disappointed. Seems like Mc Donald's in many states not just here have gone way down hill. McDonalds corporate better start visiting inspecting stores and paying attention to customer reviews or they will eventually go the way of KMart and be out of business.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it's accurate, other times it's a complete mess.....wrong order, cold food, missing items, etc.

The mc Donald's in Amarillo sucks if the person working drive thru can't understand what people are saying, THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IT.

I would have given a zero if I could. Absolutely hate using a kiosk when prices are going up and customer service is going down. Employees want better wages but want to do less and less.

There is absolutely no costumer service, you can only use the big screen buy yourself and you need a table tent to complete your order but they don’t have any set out . The workers didn’t talk to any of the employees
