Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Amarillo

There are the worst Popeyes by far. Waited a HOUR for food and did not get to mention OVERCOOKED shrimps and did not even get where near the normal amount of food. Very disappointed. Yall needs it to get it!!

I go to Popeyes on Paramount st 3 or 4 times a month and only about 50 to 75 of the visit they are always from chicken pieces I order and not mention, it is always a long wait to get food I don't understand why they can no longer give good service

Popeyes is my favorite chicken place. Always! I found out they changed the recipe for spicy chicken. And I found out they didn't have Cajun Rice. Very disappointing!! And I also found out the original recipe. It's simple or not sharp now! Wow. When I was 16 years old, the original is spicy or... Another disappointment... Otherwise I love Popeyes! Spicy Chicken, that's not sharp anymore!

Nasty-Kautschuk chicken, as a bit squeezed in. Fries were freed and soggy..and after the order- then find out that they want more money for the sauce. Then say, okay, I need a little bottle of ranch. She'll say, okay, that'll be .27 cents. Then ignore until the next 4 people order.... good luck!

This place always has the doors locked. Some days it 's open for a few hours then they lock it when it starts getting busy. You can see people in side but they won 't unlock the door. I work over here by them and we see people drive off all the time because they can 't get in. Today we saw 10 cars that tried to get in and left because the doors were locked. They lose a lot of business because of this. They also run out of chicken a lot. Went through the drive through and that was the first thing they said they didn 't have no chicken just sides .
