Starbucks - Amarillo

Shrinkflation or business as usual? Stopped here for a quick caffeine boost. Extra shot and shorted filling both Venti drinks. Ripped and reminded to stay away from Starbucks.

I waited 22 minutes I'm the drive thru for a chai tea latte and I got a vanilla latte with no espresso. Terrible service terrible drinks and definitely the slowest store in Amarillo

Personnel were so Friendly and hand delivered my egg bites. Above and beyond ! Great way to start my day on my way to Dallas!

I just waited 15 (Yes, FIFTEEN!! minutes for ONE drink. It wasn't even the drunk I wanted to order but I was told they were out of strawberries, then watched strawberry orders be made. The drive thru continued to move while inside orders piled up. A woman who knew one of the employees ordered after me but got her multiple orders first, as they chit-chatted. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks.

Incredibly slow service. I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes at any Starbucks and then they got my husband’s order wrong. Won’t be visiting this location again.
