Subway - Amarillo

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, chips were in stock, refrigerator was also in stock. They have new teas and agua frescas that are really refreshing. The Italian BMT was delicious. The spicy Sirracha sauce is really delicious.

The black lady work in a night shift. She don’t know how to make sandwich. Bcoz she took more than half hour on one sandwich. And talk too much not focus on their work

I just watched a customer at subway stand at the counter for about 5 mins. There are 2 employees working and both ignored him. The customer finally gave up and walked away. This is why raising the minimum wage is pointless. These people don't deserve what they get paid much less a raise!

1/11/22 @12 am Rudest person I've ever met. Made us feel so hated and like we did something wrong when all we wanted was some sandwiches and never said anything hateful. Asked how she was doing got no response, she asked what sandwiches we wanted and we told her but she thought our one sandwiches was the same as all the others and got upset when we corrected her and started making the sandwiches aggressively. When she turned away she would start mumbling things..we asked for a manager on the store side and the cashier instantly knew who we were upset about. I understand when people have a bad day but this was uncalled for. Never felt so bad or targeted when ordering a sandwich.
