Wendy's - Amarillo

We have given this Wendy's way too many chances, In the last two years they have yet to get an order right and this last visit was the last straw. They do not even have enough help to keep the full store open. This last time we did not get a receipt with our order which was not correct and they refused to make it right. If you dare to venture there be sure to double check your order before you leave and make them make it right. Chances are it is wrong.

Had to wait a bit longer than normal but everything was good and fresh

Oh my goodness what a mess! I was waiting on my food when a woman walked in with her order messed up when she asked for a refund the shift lead said it was against company policy to do refunds.... What.. Then they argued with her about what she ordered. The shift lead was calling his boss that can do refunds. Why is he not at the restaurant Wendy's? So this lady is told that if she wants a refund she has to come back on the bosses time. I'm just baffled with this so so so bad..

Took about 15 minutes to get through, but knowing about food labor jobs. I believe it was all good.

Sat afternoon ordered 2 cheeseburgers w/fries 2 large cokes to go. Was the worst meal, we couldnt finish it. Everything was cold, apparently old. Was not fresh crispy fries, the meat was dry likr it had been under a warmer since the day before. They should Amarillo a favor close !! Will never go bacl
