Whataburger - Amarillo

I took my parents, who are in their 80s, for breakfast at a place known for their Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits. They loved it and have found a new favorite!

I got the impression that the guy at the counter was just eager to rush us out. When I requested sugar for my coffee, he handed me Sweet 'n Low instead. I also asked if the ketchup and spicy ketchup were included in the bag, and he assured me they were, but when we got home, there was none at all. I suppose next time I'll have to check the bag and hold up the line. It seems like it's too much to ask for them to take just 10 seconds to grab some ketchup.

Whataburger is one of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Texas. It's been about five years since I last had it, and it was definitely worth the wait. The burgers were piping hot, the fries were fresh, and the customer service was excellent!

The guy at the window in the drive-thru was plenty nice and we received good customer service from him. On the other hand, the lady behind him was definitely being? gross. We all saw her reaching down her pants, as well as putting her hands in her mouth.I never have a problem at fast food places, but I feel that this is probably crossing the line.

Nice concept, free flowing design. Food was great, hot and tasty. Employees were friendly but they got our order wrong and couldn't scan my Whataburger app nor allow me to use my free rewards. Their shake machine was down too.
