Located in the historic cultural heritage market of Kasauli, this small eatery is a popular spot for both locals and tourists. They serve delicious bun-samosa and mouth-watering hot gulab jamuns. The walls are adorned with pictures of Bollywood stars and other prominent figures, as well as a tribute to famous writer Khushwant Singh. In a town with limited dining options, this place is a must-visit for any tourist.
We had heard a lot about the famous bungalow samosa. I found it to be just okay, nothing exceptional.
Narinder Sweet is well-known for their delicious samosas, tikkis, and gulab jamun. The taste is excellent, and the owners, four brothers, are very kind.
I had seen multiple videos about the famous bun samosa and gulba jamun served here. I dragged my parents to the place but was slightly worried if the hype was justified. I am happy to say that it sure is. The bus samosa is light...yet filling, and the gulab jamuns are melt-in-your-mouth soft. Everything is also ridiculously cheap. The condition of the shop itself may not inspire a lot of confidence, but it's more than years old and has its own charm. We were lucky to get there when it wasn't crowded and got to have a good chat with the friendly owner. Definitely one of the unmissable things in Kasauli.
