Appalling service, despite online hours being advertised as 7:15 and temporary hours displayed being 6:30, the store was closed well before 6 pm. When asking staff about the hours, they were rude and offered no explanation. These mannerisms are disappointing, especially considering the busy location of the store. Clear management issues that need to be resolved. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Firstly I would like to preface this with the fact that I have called mac square subway no less than six times since receiving my order and with no answer. I will be going into the store this afternoon demanding a refund too. Posting this review though so others are aware of their poor customer service and sandwich making skills. I ordered a chicken classic sub today with spinach, carrot, tomato, cucumber and capsicum. Rather than contacting me or cancelling my order due to there not being any chicken classic in stock, they sent me another type of chicken which I do not eat. The amount salad on the subway, or lack there of is atrocious. They sent me cookies with my order, but sorry I don’t want multiple cookies which are higher in calories than what I had ordered. Please just contact people. Don’t send them things they haven’t ordered. Really disappointed and will be bringing my sub back into the store this afternoon. Been here a couple times, each time met with absolutely appalling service. Each time the girls were full of attitude with no greeting, and were throwing the sandwich around with no care resulting in the fillings spilling out. Whether it’s poor training and/ or incompetent management, these young employees are just getting set up for future failure.
