It felt like a noisy bar, and the music they played was louder than the chatter. Do NOT come here if you want to hear the people at your table. I shall not return.
We had a party for 45 ppl yesterday with family and friends to celebrate my son's pharm school graduation. They were AWESOME to work with. I wanted something near a train station with good reviews and known for great food. I booked them having never dined there. We were not at all disappointed. They had printed menus for our 4 course meals with the options we selected. The place is beautiful, well maintained. The staff was excellent--personable and attentive. The food was outstanding...we can't wait to go back. The drinks were really good and they kept them flowing. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we were thrilled with that. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you everyone at Bridget's!!!
My friend and I, went to this place last week , and , we both had the dry aged it's the best steak I've had so far , There are a lot of options to choose from the menu , It was a very good experience overall .
We showed up without a reservation at 7:30 on a Sunday night. The restaurant was still serving but we were seated in the bar. I was okay with that. Our waitress showed up immediately. We ordered drinks. Within a few minutes, she returned without our drinks asking for our order. We weren 't ready so she left for another minute and returned. I felt very rushed. We ordered so quickly we forgot to order appetizers. I wrote it off to the kitchen closing soon. After 10 minutes a different person brought us bread. A different person delivered our food. We ordered Bridget 's Best for two. It was several minutes before we were given individual plates. The Filet Mignon looked nice. When I cut it in half it was beautifully cooked. The strip steak didn 't look as nice, it was roughly cut. When I cut it in half it was over cooked. We ate the filet first waiting for our waitress to check on us. She didn 't. We waited more. She eventually breezed by our table, looked down at our food, and said, Is everything... okay good and kept walking. Then, we decided we might as well eat it. The next time we saw her she brought us the check. Mind you we weren 't offered coffee or dessert. I politely told her we had waited for her to check on us. That the strip steak had been considerably overdone. She asked me, How overdone? She said she was sorry and left to talk to someone. When she returned she offered us a $25 gift card and told us to ask for her next time and she would make it right. I 've had some time to think about this before writing this review. I wonder why she thinks we would risk it again. A $25 gift card for lousy service, an overcooked entree, and a less than perfect evening. To top it off it was my birthday and a big one at that. Oh wow! I am completely appalled by the responses from the owner to poor reviews. Please read some of them. His responses are extremely rude rude and off point. I 'm not interested in returning and I guess I can expect a verbal beating from the owner as well. Anyone want a $25 gift card? We won 't be giving it another chance. There are other fabulous steakhouses in the area. The photo shows Filet on the left and Strip on the right both should be medium rare.
We went here for the first time for our wedding anniversary dinner it was recommended by several people and we were excited to try. We went on a Tuesday night and it was so noisy. It was not a little noisy, but it was so loud I couldn't hear anything my husband was saying and couldn't hear my server most of the time. It was awful. Definitely not romantic or relaxing. We were seated right by the bathroom. Servers were constantly banging silverware. The music was so loud it was just awful. Our appetizer was good. My steak was so gristley I couldn't eat most of it. I'm not the type of person to send meat back so I didn't. That's on me. However, our dessert was completely raw in the middle, so much so that you felt the powder mix used for the brownie. Honestly, the restaurant is so popular I'm not sure what good my review will do but I was honestly so taken aback by how loud it was I feel the need to warn others looking for a nice night out with their spouse, or anyone they have interest in hearing what they have to say.
