Service personnel at the counter are friendly, there is table service here and a menu comes quickly with a great deal. Unfortunately, the male employee who bought my coffee was quite rude. The coffee is made of a package and is simply perfect as they don't have coffee machines. But no one seems to worry. The place is packed, they have a good choice of seating and the food and cold drinks come to customers look great. There is a TV and WiFi, from which they give the password when you ask. Everything up when you are not a coffee expert and want to watch people somewhere, eat and surf the net, then you can't go wrong here. I removed a star for employees restlessness, his called hospitality industry for a reason.

The place located in a shop house. besides for cafe, there is also a beauty salon and learning institution called UCMAS for children's learning lessons in this shop house. My daughter studied there. And that was also the reason why I visited Neo: to pick up my daughter who was studying at UCMAS. While waiting, sometimes I order a drink and snacks such as fried potatoes or banana cheese. The taste of the food is quite delicious and the place is also quite comfortable. The drawback might be because the music is sometimes quite annoying because it's quite loud. Imagine you are hanging out with your friends there and you have to chat loudly because you have to compete with the sound of music from the speakers

This place is located near Yos Sudarso Port of Ambon.. I like the cozy athmosphere and the modern design of this place.. But, for food I am not into it despite it snacks,drinks and dessert.. For the service, I would like to say that they need to improve their hospitality..
