I then said I'm sorry to look only through the menu. she asked me when necessary help when reading the menu not all 5 seconds again. I ordered quickly and asked for the manager. she did it and said: “We are trained to hurry the journey.” Today my wife was in the drive through and ordered coffee. she was tired and must have said mocha, but as the person she asked “is that a coffee” in an rude heart. my wife said sad and corrected a hot carmel macchiato. she asked “Are her safe” and then my wife asked for a water. she asked if she was filled in a ton or bechered. she said filled and the person said they were sure they wanted. this is a terrible service we have here, but I'm going to leave now to get even more coffee from now on.
This place is a sweat. I waited before the doorstep for my order for 20 minutes, and all I got was colder coffee. every worker I met was clearly under 21 years old and continued to wear as such. no care in the world. no sense of urgency. and certainly no sense of responsibility. when I asked for my money back, only then a person who looked old enough to actually have a job came out from behind. don't waste your time here.
I've been going into this dunkin for quite a long time and it always seems to be something. I get the same and most of the time I have to add the number of packages I have requested first. instead I got sugar (I am diabetic), food orders often wrong or out of causes all the time, completely full of ice, it is bad when my friends and I always sweat over this place. Today, due to the winter storm I work 28 hours. I ordered a medium ice rink and then added a big one and asked them to do very simple ice because it is for much later. I'm going to be a little less on displacement, but seriously? I'm going to put a picture of what I was handed over, and another picture where I poured it into a middle cup for comparison.
The owners of the management need a new training. the workers are beautiful but almost every day this place has a machine that does not work. instead of warning a sign they wait in long lines only to say this machine does not work or they are out of this article. make them seriously a sign for their customers.
We ordered a midnight with 1 cream and the coffee was basically milk. I ordered a decaf with 2 creams and there appears to be zero coffee at all. We went into the store (after ordering drive thru) to ask the drinks to be made correctly. We were shoo’d away by the owner in the middle of trying to explain why we were back. I was told decaf looks like that (I’ve been ordering decaf for 9 months, it’s never looked this way) and my husbands coffee was topped off, but still not made correctly. Very disappointed and will not be back to this Dunkin’. Word to the owners customer service goes a long way.Here is a photo after our large midnight with 1 cream was ‘remade’. Wish I would have gotten a photo of my milk, but I tossed my coffee at the restaurant bc it wasn’t worth drinking and they were not going to remake it.
