Contribuisci feedbackRoad-trip stop for us, and we 've liked their pizza in the past. online order was processed for $14, but they said they never got it and that they 've had trouble with their online ordering. We rechecked our email to see that it was in fact canceled. Had to wait 25 minutes in the store and pay 50% more for the same order. (Also, was prompted/felt pressured to pay befor theorder before it was finished; refused, opted to wait till order was up, which seemed to annoy the employee. Pizza wasn 't cookedright (too much crust and bread bubbles ; brownie was too dry/crumbly. Receipt machine also down; had to get the manager to usea back office printer. Called Papa Johns Corporate for some type of reimbursement; awaiting response. UPDATE: Manager was verygracious. Called me; wanted to make it right. Sent Papa Johns gift card .
Mice running around the outside and into the walls of this establishment, and seevice was just generally slow because the worker was just talking on the phone, she was so distrated that she forgot to even put the bacon on the cheese sticks not that itmatters because a place with mice isn't somewhere I'm ever going to eat at. 07/06/2022 For what it is worth the lady was atleast a bit nice.
Ordered pizza. Got home and dough was raw, beyond disappointed with the service and lack of hygiene. Would give a 0 star review if I could. Stay away from this dump.
Placed on hold for over 20 mins. Said she was busy with other customers was still on hold when arrived to place my order in person. No one was in line and were not busy with other customers.
It may be small but it's always been good. It's nice to also know the people there remember who you are and I only order every couple weeks.
